"Find Germain" is a mission objective in Sequence 12 / Memory 03: The Temple
Walkthrough[edit]
From the starting point, free run down to street level. When you hit the street, head straight across. Climb up the wall and onto the tower. Get to the rooftop of the small tower. On the wall side, below you, you will spot a pair of guards. They make for an easy Double Air Assassination. Take them out.
Turn Northward, sneak up the stairs on the left-hand side and take cover at the barrels. There is a pair of brutes that patrol around here. Wait for them to approach then turn around. Go over to the nearby wall on the right and climb up it. Be cautious with this pair because either of them can get caught on objects. Take them out when they pass by.
Now head Southward. Go back to the tower and head over to the barrels there. Take cover and wait for the nearby guard to pass by. When they turn toward the wall, take him out. Head to the South and go behind the crates on the left at the top of the stairs. Take cover and kill the guard on the other side. Now, watch and wait. Another pair of Extremist patrolling. Wait for them to move away. Climb up the nearby building and wait for them to come back. When they do, get them.
Take cover to the East, against the edge of the building where you can see over the courtyard. You will see one of the two alarm bells in this area. You have a few Extremist to concern yourself with. One stands on the opposite side of the building you are hiding behind. Another patrols in front of the alarm bell. Start by moving into position to take out the Extremist on the far side of the building. This will remove him as a threat and work to bait in the other guards. Use the barrels as cover and clear out everyone who comes to investigate the dead body. When it is clear, sabotage the alarm bell.
Turn to the Southeast now and climb into the nearby moat. You will see a ring that you can use to start climbing up the building. As you reach the top part of the building, where the balcony is to your left, use [[Assassin's Creed Unity: Eagle Vision. This will let you see your target clearly.
Climb to the left and up onto the balcony that Germaine is on. Be sure that you slip in behind him. As soon as you are on the balcony, a cutscene will play. Germain has a Precursor Relic: the Sword of Eden.
