Batman's training area is located at the Batcave in Batman: Arkham Origins
This is a very important tool for Batman and the player in order to hone their skills and learn new things
The player can come here any time in the game to practice against new enemies, or anything they feel they need to get better at so that they can survive this night in Gotham where all the assassins are hunting them down.
To use the Training Area, access the Training Console and choose the Training Program you want to practice on.
