Looks like a big eyeball
Effects[edit]
Your tear size and damage is greatly increased at the cost of fire rate. If a tear kills an enemy, it continues with the damage it didn't use to kill it.

Character has a one eye like a cyclops, and the tears he shoots look like big blue bubbles:
