The Soul Heart is a type of Heart in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)
It looks like a blue heart, with a faint white outline.
Soul hearts are a lot more rare than Red Hearts
Soul Hearts are added to your health (even if you are at max health) and when an enemy damages you, the soul hearts take damage first and only after they are gone will start losing red hearts as normal.
