The Duke of Flies is a boss in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)
He has low health and cannot attack on its own. Instead, he coughs up some Flies to both defend himself as well as attack the player
Tips[edit]
- This boss has really low hitpoints. A single bomb can sometimes kill him, leaving you to deal only with the remaining flies.
