The Mulligan is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)
Effects[edit]
When you pick The Mulligan up, you get a Familiar, an attack fly. This fly has a 1/6 chance to spawn when you damage a monster.
The fly will charge and attack the monster closest to you, and then die.
