Whenever your health is at half a red heart, a Little Steven familiar will spawn for current room.
Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- This is the same familiar from the Little Steven item.
- This effect lasts only for current room, but familiar will spawn again if you are at half a heart health in different room
- Familiar won't spawn if you have soul hearts left.
