The murderous, violent, mutated, crazed lunatics in Borderlands 2 that make up Pandora’s various bandit clans actually constitute a good majority of the world’s population. This would prove to be quite the problem for Pandora’s less psychotic minority if the Bandits ever stopped killing each other (and themselves) long enough to actually accomplish something productive.
