"Defeat Sergeant Jarter" is an objective in the sidequest Victims of Vault Hunters in Sir Hammerlock vs. The Son of Crawmerax.
Walkthrough[edit]
Head on through the opening you just created in the rocks. You will see numerous body parts and a pair of legs in the middle of a blast crater. Head over to the legs and inspect them. This will trigger more dialogue from Sparky Flynt and a line from your character. These are the remains of Sergeant Jarter.

Sparky Flynt: What the hell? He's been blown up by a remote bomb. Look, whatever.
