The Flaming Skull is a type of Skeleton in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC. This is the stronger version.

Enemy Behavior:
These burning skulls tend to travel in flocks. They will home in on the Vault Hunter and then repeatedly Dive Bomb them, igniting them.
