Walkthrough[edit]
- Time to face down Archimedes, the Anointed, the first Anointed Tink of the story.
- Immediately, his size-changing abilities are on display.
- Archimedes can be tiny, small, or huge.
- While "huge", he will run around and try to dive on top of you, doing a lot of damage.
- Archimedes does not really call in reinforcements, so you need to keep an eye on your health.
- Do not forget that you have a chance to run out of this area and over to the nearby vending machines if you can be very quick about refilling your health.
- While tiny, he is very hard to hit and very hard to see, being shorter than the grass throughout the area.
- Getting enough damage (or headshots) onto Archimedes seems to break his concentration and return him to his normal size quickly.
- He can also use his assault rifle fairly well.
- Keep on the move and use the piles of lumber as cover as needed to keep alive.
- When reduced to 50% health, Archimedes will start using the accelerated movement that other anointed have demonstrated.
- Reduced to 75% health he will start launching volleys of dark enemy from his body at you for high damage.
- Here, it is best to use AoE weapons and effects to get some damage him while using cover to avoid the worst of the attacks.
- These attacks can do high damage!
