Walkthrough[edit]
- It is time to face off against Aurelia to release both Wainwright and Hammerlock.
- She will begin the fight by raising a number of ice barriers.
- Use these at the beginning of the fight for cover.
- She starts with a shield health bar and a health.
- After that, she can use a number of attacks.
- She can shoot her gun for some damage.
- A line of icicles can be launched along the floor.
- The Icicle attack has a wind-up of Aurelia stomping the ground.
- Can create a pillar of ice to elevate herself. On this pillar she can launch seeking ice spikes at the Vault Hunter.
- She can also summon a small white tornado with limited homing.
- Aurelia can create a Snowball to throw if you see a white mist on one hand.
- This can launch a Vault Hunter into the air which makes them an easy target for Aurelia.
- Begin the fight with Shock damage to start getting through that first health bar.
- There are also a number of Psychos, and Fanatics that can be called in.a
- Weaken or kill off some of them, to make it a bit easier to focus on Aurelia, but still have something in case you need a second wind.
- Watch for Aurelia to raise herself onto an icy platform, a giving the Vault Hunter a great chance to hit Aurelia with Area of Effect (AoE) attacks or Damage over Time (DoT).
- This is a great chance to get heavy damage whenever you can.
- While constructing her platform, she is invulnerable.
- Aurelia can protect herself by encasing herself within a pillar of ice.
- She can either burst from its for some close range damage or appear above it to launch her icicle missiles.
- Getting Aurelia to 50% health or less, she will begin to use new attacks.
- One attack is a snowball storm, from a cloud above a section of this arena.
- Another is upgrading the Icicle attack, with her slamming her fists into the ground to create a large burst of icicles around herself.
- Aurelia will also become more aggressive as she health reaches this portion of her health.
