Breath of the Wild: The Undefeated Champ

The Undefeated Champ is one of the sidequests in LoZ:BotW

The Undefeated Champ is a Quest (Sidequest) in the game The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Talk with Shabonne and ask about Sand Seal racing.
Shabonne will tell you it is 50 Rupees to sign up for the race.
For most, if not all of the race, you will want to use the Dash available on the Sand Seal. A continuous use of it can get you there easily under 1:30 with careful steering
The first few arches are simple to reach and just slightly to the left or right of each other.
Angle carefully and use a minimal amount of steering to avoid Link wavering on his rope.
After the second arch, carefully steer down the middle of the leviathan ribs and between the middle rocks.
Just after you pass the large rock on the right, you will see the third arch.
Pass through the arch and then aim to travel underneath the next set of leviathan ribs about its center.
The course has a sharp right after this, immediately steer to the right.
Go between the two rock pillars to have the straightest course forward to the next arch.
The course will dip after this arch, maneuver Link over to the left-hand side of the course.
Ahead you can see boulders rolling down onto the course, filling the middle lane.
Keep to the left as you approach the next arch. A Lizalfos will roll a pair of boulders down onto the right-hand side of the track.
Aim to go between the rock skulls with the Lizalfos on them
You will find the next arch just in line with the third rock skull.
Pass through the arch and then head straight forward to the finish line.
Enjoy the ceremony and then collect the Shiekah Sphere.
Throw it onto the Reciprocal just past it.
This will cause the Raqa Zunzo Shrine to rise up.

Shabonne: You again! Don't bother Tali while she's getting pumped up for the sand-seal race! Now that the Divine Beast is gone, we can finally use the race course! Actually... Did you want to try to beat Tali's record? I'll warn you - they don't called her Dame of the Dunes for nothing.

Link: Sand-seal race?

Shabonne: You've never heard of Hyrule's pastime? The world-famous sand-seal racing? I thought everyone knew about it. Isn't that shocking, Tali?.

Tali: ...

Shabonne: You surf with a sand seal and race to the finish line while also going through the arches. That's sand-seal racing! And if you get off your shield or leave the course bounds, you're disqualified. Tali's record is 1:30! If you can beat that record, that trophy is yours. This is the grand trophy that's been passed down by ten thousand years of sand-seal-racing champions. Tali here is the current champion. Will you try challenging her record?

Link: Of course.

Shabonne: I forgot to mention... Since you're racing against the champ's record, it'll be 50 rupees per race.

Link: Okay.

Shabonne: All right. Payday! Enough talk! Let's begin!

Shabonne: A challenge has appeared to take on the Gerudo sand-seal race! Apparently one who not mind risking life and limb!But will our current record fall? The one set by our undefeated champion?! The incomparable beast of the desert... The sand seal is ready to ride! Can our new contest reach the goal in less than 1:30 while still passing under every arch?! The suspense is killing me! I'm going to start...the... countdoooooown!!

Shabonne: Huh, {Player's time}, eh?! It's a... A new record?!

Tali: ... Perfect... I believe this belongs to you... This trophy is something special, you know. Our champions have passed down a legend about it for ten thousand years. The legend goes... "When the holy jewel is offered unto the pedestal, the chosen one will be granted a new power." But that power has never been granted to anyone. Not even to me, obviously... And yet... I sense a power emanating from you... The likes of which I never felt in anyone else. you should give it a shot. And so... a new champion is born!
