  • At the Sunset Motel, ask if she wants to share a room.

Life During Wartime

  • After saving Mitch, ask Panam to come with you to track down Hellman.
  • Be sure to stand up for Panam when talking with Saul at the end of the mission.

Riders on the Storm

  • Available about 12 hours after completing Life During Wartime
    • This Side Job has a 24-hour timer to accept, after that, it automatically fails (ending the romance)
  • During Riders on the Storm, start by choosing to ride with Panam.
  • V and Panam will wind up inside a house during a Sandstorm during the mission.
  • Offer for her to take off her shoes and put her legs in her lap.
  • Choose either option to touch Panam.

With a Little Help From My Friends

  • Available 12 hours after completing Riders on the Storm
  • Meet Panam at the Aldecado Camp in the Badlands.
  • At the Train Control Tower, V and Panam will talk, and agree with her about taking things slow.
  • Take Panam's hand when offered.
  • When Saul messages V about Panam's location, respond with "No idea.
  • When around the fire with the Nomads and Panam, choose the option to scooch closer to Panam.


Queen of the Highway

  • To trigger this mission, be sure to leave the camp and wait at least a day (or run around and do plenty of other things).
  • Panam will call after ~24 hours, telling you the Basilisk is ready.
  • Return to the Aldecado Camp and join up with Panam.
  • Go through the training, and you will reach the point of Synchronizing Bodies.
  • Choose the option of Let Panam touch you when presented with the option for an encounter with her.
  • Deal with the enemies that appear and choose what you want in the next conversation.
  • After the conversation with Saul and Mitch follow Panam.
  • Choose the option to Kiss Panam
