There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in The Refinery. They can be collected during any patrol or The Walls Come Down.
Dormant SIVA Cluster: Iron Lords 2.5[edit]
This Dormant SIVA Cluster can be found in the the Refinery in the Plaguelands. Make your way to the Hive Seeder which sits in the Refinery.
Go inside the Hive Seeder. Go around to the far side of the central pillar. On its back side you will find the Cluster.
