There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in the Dust Palace. They can be collected during Download Complete.
Dormant SIVA Cluster: Fallen 3.2[edit]
During the final part of the mission Download Complete, you must proceed through to the final room where you have to drop down the elevator shaft. Head to the far side of the room where the terminal is. Do not interact with it.
Climb onto the ledge above the secondary terminal to the right of the marked terminal. Look behind the left-hand monitor to find the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
