Valus Trau'un is the weaker, easier version of Valus Trau'ug encountered in the Prison of Elders Level 28 Arena.
Valus Trau'un moves slowly and toward the Fireteam. It will keep a lot of fire on you. Watch out carefully. Duck behind the main pillars to avoid the heavy fire when it comes.
This fight always feels very chaotic. The Legionaries, Phalanx, and Centurions all have explosive weaponry. This means most shots have a blast radius as well as constant explosions. Only the Psions and a few others will not be using the Slug Thrower. Just watch for them.
A good position to hold is the entry way into the Cabal Arena. This gives you a lot of cover and most of the enemies will not enter into it. Alternate sides as needed to deal with all of the adds in the fight. Occasionally, you will need to venture out
