Corvo's Bed is located in Corvo's Chambers on the fourth floor of the Hound Pits Pub.
Early in the campaign, after speaking to Piero in Piero's Workhop, if you tell Piero that you want to explore and that you will go to sleep later, than after exploring you have to go up to the bed and sleep to advance the mission objective "Go to bed and get some rest" (Meet the Loyalists)
