Where to buy[edit]
You can but this treasure map for around 475 gold (depending on attitude/bartering) from Gerome at the market:

Talk to Gerome and click on the red "Trade" icon to start barter for the maps.
Treasure Location[edit]
Exit the city from one of the eastern exits (you can insist the guards open the door even if they say you are not ready to exit from that gate) and head southeast
The treasure is located near the Cyseal Villa Waypoint Portal

Tips[edit]
- There is a poison pool in the area leading to the treasure chest location, so watch out
- There is also a locked door blocking the way. You can break it down by force-attacking it using a weapon. Might requires several hits.
- This treasure chest is an Ornate Chest, which is better than the regular chest you dug out from Treasure Map I and Treasure Map II. In this chest you have a good chance of finding a legendary. If you want to "cheat", save game before digging and reload if you did not find a legendary.
- You can dig the treasure out even if you do not have the treasure map. Go to the location and walk around the spot where the treasure is buried in, as seen in the screenshots above. You will need a character with high perception to locate the hidden mound. Or try to just dig where the mound would otherwise be.
