Feral Ghouls are mindless ghouls who due to exposure to large amounts of radiation have lost their sanity and are now hostile to everyone.
Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- Feral Ghouls can be dismembered but may continue chasing you even after losing both hands and arms, by crawling on the ground.
