Build an armor stand, or weapon display.

Walkthrough[edit]
Build an Armor Rack, Weapon Rack and Power Armor Display anywhere in your settlement. With those assembled, interact with each in turn. Give each an item to wear and equip it.
For the Power Armor Display, there are a few steps. First, connect the Power Armor Display to any generator with enough power for it. Now, get into the power armor you want to show and walk it over to the display. Stand on the platform of it and then step out. Go to the side of the display and activate it.
