Soldiers are stationed on the road from Sanctuary Hills and help direct fleeing citizens towards the gate for check-in
The protagonist and his/her spouse and son arrive here with other neighbors and are granted entry to the Vault.
A Vault-Tec Rep, however, is denied access despite working for Vault-Tec.
