Backstory[edit]
The Overseer for Vault 118 has had little success with their vault. When the Activation Notice arrived, someone from the first Test Group overwrite their access to Vault Door controls and sealed the second test group out. When reported that the residences were going to transfer their brains into Robobrains, he reported this to his superiors. They were more intrigued than appalled by the idea.
The Overseer of Vault 118 was in charge of managing the construction of the Vault and ensuring contact with the financiers of the venture. When payment for construction stopped, he talked with the principle investors, Ezra Parker and Julianna Riggs. He hired a private investigator to look into the finances and see what was going on.
Death[edit]
After he realized that he had become a test subject, he could not stand it. Somewhere in the Overseer's Office is reportedly a pistol. He shot himself in the head.
