Create RadShield at a Chems Workbench is an objective in Fallout 76 (F76).

Now you simply need any Chemistry Station in the wilds of West Virginia.
One will be marked on the map for you in Dryer Chemical.
It can be found in the same building as the Fertiziler Mixer, just to the North of it.
If you have one in your CAMP, it is always worth traveling there to do this quickly.
In the Chemistry Station, go to Healing and then RadShield.
Crafting this recipe will take 1 Strangler Bloom, 1 Purified Water, and 2 Antiseptic.
Doing this will complete the quest.
