From the elevator, turn to the West.
Go to the opposite end of the hallway where the workbenches are.
Head into the room to the North.
Inside, you will see 2 beds.
Go to shelves to the right of the right-hand bed.
On the shelves, second from the ground on the left-hand side, you will find Squire Evelyn's Journal - Page 16.
