• Once you make it to the location, you will see a capsized boat.
• From there, turn to the Southeast to look toward the large rock on the shore.
• Equip your strongest fishing rod and equip the Hybrid Sturgeon Lure.
• Expect the Admiral to break your line a number of times.
• Take your time and watch your line carefully.
• Remember to oppose the fish's movement.
