The Rift is a special type of Object in Fortnite Battle Royale.
Overview[edit]
The Rift acts as a portal. When you go through one of those portals, you get teleported to an adjacent aerial space and you switch to Skydiving mode at which time you can deploy your Glider (or it will deploy automatically once you get close enough to the ground)

Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- If someone is chasing you and there is a Rift nearby you can try making it to the Rift to escape.
- You can drive an ATk or Shopping Cart into a rift and get teleported with the vehicle.
