Character creation is a unique process in Grand Theft Auto Online, and unlike that of many similar games. Instead of outright molding your character from scratch, you will choose from a series of preset grandparents, a mother, and a father. The choices you make from these presets, along with a series of sliders that you can adjust, will determine what your final character looks like.
This method of character creation is meant to mirror real life, in which parents pass on certain genes to their children and grandchildren.
