Approach this man who's car has broken down by the road. He will ask for a ride over to Los Santos International Airport. He is a hurry so enjoy the rush. it's a drive so you will need to floor it to make it in the allotted time. Remember you don't need to floor it the whole way. You can slack some in some cases and it'll help.
