This van is used by the Humane Research Company in Grand Theft Auto V.
The Humane Van is driven by an armed Security Guard who will open fire at you if you try and hijack the van.
Front of the van says: "Humane Labs and Research"

This van carries BZ Gas. Shoot Open the doors or destroy the van to gain access to its cargo. You can also steal the van and take it to the tunnel under the bridge across from Lester's Warehouse
You can also steal the van and take it to the tunnel near Lester's Warehouse. Note that this will give you a 2 Star Wanted Level
