“Chaurus Chitin” is an item in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
This is used to improve Falmer Armor and Weapons. To use it to improve the armor you need either the Steel Smithing Perk or the Advanced Armor perk if the Dawnguard Expansion is installed.
