Maramal is a Redguard NPC in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Maramal is a Priest of the Goddess Mara. He can be found either in the Temple of Mara or wandering about the city. He will occasionally enter the shops and taverns to collect donations.
Maramal is the only NPC who can give the Dragonborn the option of marrying one of the NPC's. Talk with him about getting married and he will offer to sell you an Amulet of Mara for 200 gold. He will tell you to wear it and those interested will present themselves.
