Ustengrav is a location in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It is a subterranean Nord tomb.
If one returns the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller back to this tomb after the quest then they will receive a Dragon Soul.

Ustengrav Depths - Beyond the Skeletons and Draugr, at the base of the waterfall a Word Wall can be found. This gives a part of the Become Ethereal Dragon Shout
