Highpoint Tower is a dungeon in Skyrim: Dragonborn

Walkthrough[edit]
It is time to head to Highpoint Tower and find your target, Ildari Sarothril.
Head into the Tower and, once inside, follow the stairs in front of you on down.
At the bottom of the stairs, you will find a hallway. This will lead to a larger chamber with Flamecloaked Spider. Touching them will cause them to explode out of the sacs.
Head to the North carefully. You will find a Soul Gem trap guarding the entrance.
Continuing through the corridor you will encounter a few Ash Spawn.
Go on through the first doorway to the West. There are more Ash Spawn in this room that you need to deal with. Head to the Northwestern side. They will emerge from the ash pile and start charging you.
Head back into the hallway and continue in it to the North. This will lead you into another Soul Gem Trap. Either run to it and take the gem or just run past.
This will follow you on through to another chamber. There is an Arcane Enchanter on the Northern side. There is also a dead fall trap with boulders. There is also a rune trap in the middle of the room. Be wary of it.
Head on through to the East and continue through the corridor. This leads to a T junction. Turn to the North to head forward and continue down the corridor to the East.
Head down the ramp on the right as you head to the East. Be careful as you get into the lower area for more Flame Cloaked Spiders.
Continue forward to the North. The spiders are to the West, across from the scaffolding. Be careful of them and keep some distance if you do not want to fight them.
In the last and large final chamber you find who you are looking for. Ildari Sarothril is on a ledge above you. She has a bit to say to you. After that, she will summon a Ash Guardian. She will also call in a number of Ash Spawn. Turn and deal with them quickly while getting into cover from the guardian.
Turn to the Southwest. Deal with the Guardian and the Spawn. Follow the ramp and the scaffolding up to reach Ildari Sarothril.
Head to the West at the top. This will lead you to a corridor that leads to the West and then to the South. Follow the corridor forward to the South.
When you reach the portion with more sloping and ramps, be on guard again. There are more Ash Spawn that will be appearing from the sides, in front and behind you.
Continue forward to the next T-junction. Turn Westward and go across the bridge there. Follow the corridor that you will be in.
This leads to a room with a balcony. On it you will find Ildari again. She will be pacing about, on guard for the Dragonborn.
To reach her, you can either sneak up and kill her with your archery or head across the room to the Southwest.
This leads to a set of stairs which will take you up to the balcony level. Follow them up and go to the left at the top of them.
Be careful exiting stairwell because Ildari will be able to see you. Try to surprise the mage and take her down quickly. She will immediately start using her spells to attack as soon as she sees you. She will also start calling in Ash Spawn that you will need to deal with.
When you are fighting Ildari Sarothril, she will not die. Instead, she will fall to her knees. When she does this, you will have the option to rip out her Heart Stone. This is the only way to kill her. Otherwise, she will recover and resume the fight. With the heart stone in hand, it will be time to return to Neloth.
To quickly exit the Tower, turn around. Behind you, near the bridge over to where Ildari was, is a lever. Pulling it will open the gate across the way.
