Majni is the Alpha of the Frostmoon Crag Werewolf Pack. If the Dragonborn is not a Werewolf, he will warn them off. If they are however, they will receive a friendly greeting.
Majni will offer to sell you 4 rings that carry Hircine's Blessing. All of them are useful to a Werewolf.
