Civilians affiliated with an enemy faction in Watch Dogs 2 will call for help when they spot you nearby.
- Once detected, affiliated civilians stop what they're doing and ask you to leave the area.
- They won't take action against you, but they might draw armed enemies toward your location.
Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- These are not enemies, and you can usually just keep some distance and ignore them, unless they start calling out of phoning one of the factions.
