Overview[edit]
These soldiers inspect people crossing the Pontar border from Velen to Novigrad.
King Radovid has closed off the borders and only those with a Transit Pass can be let through.
Most Refugees are turned down and forced to return to their Refugee Camp.
Those who happen to have a lot of money can buy a Transit Pass from the Black Market and cross the border to begin a new life in Novigrad.
Some refugees try to sneak around the border post, swimming through the Pontar, only to get shot at by the guards.
