Explore the main area of Fort Doublecross, the Caves, and the Battlemage Muster. Defeat the Necromancers within. While there are 3 zones, all are straight forward.

This Fort is found in the marshes of the Blackwood. There are a few Undead and Necromancers patrolling around the courtyard of the Fort. If you go up to the first level of the Fort, go to the Northern portion. Sitting nearby the wreckage here is a Chest you can close.

Fort Doublecross

Inside Fort Doublecross, you need to head down the stairs to the Northeast. Just head is a Necromancer patrolling. Defeat them and the nearby undead. Go forward through the archway and down the next set of stairs.

This will bring you into the Altar Chamber. This altar chamber has a Necromancer and an Undead moving around the chamber. Now, head to the Altar. Look to the right of the Altar to find a Locked Chest (Average) that you can loot.

After that, head to the Southeastern corner of the Chamber, taking the stairs up. Sitting in the corner is a Chest, and look to the Northeast to find another Chest. If you continue to the East, you’ll find a door leading to the Battlemage Muster (we’ll be leaving through this door). With that done, head to the Southwestern corner of the Altar Chamber and head down the corridor there.

Follow the corridor to the next chamber. There are a few Necromancers patrolling around this chamber. Head to the Northwestern casket. Look to the left of the casket to find a Chest sitting by the candle there. Head to the Southern wall to find a Chest sitting next to the middle Casket. After all that, head to the Northeast and take the corridor down. This will bring you down a tunnel to reach the Doublecross Caves.

Fort Doublecross Caves

Inside the Caves, from Fort Doublecross, head to the Northwest and down the sloping tunnel. This will bring you to into a chamber with a Necromancer. Inside this chamber, go to the Western side of the chamber to find the rise with a Locked Chest (Average). After that, head to the North and into the next tunnel.

In this tunnel, follow it around the corner to quickly find the next chamber and another Necromancer. This mortuary chamber has 2 necromancers in it. Just get through the pit. Go to the Northeast across the pit and into the next tunnel.

This leads to another Chamber with a Necromancer is in. Just inside, you will see some barrels on the right with a Chest in front of them. Go to the Southeast from there and into the next tunnel.

This next chamber has a casket sitting in the middle of it. Look to the left (the Northeast) to find a Chest. There’s a short tunnel connecting to another mortuary with more Caskets and coffins. There is a Necromancer pacing through this chamber. This final chamber has a Chest in the middle of the room, between the two Caskets.

Finally, head to the Northeast in this chamber. You’ll find a ladder here. Climb up it to reach the Fort Doublecross Battlemage Muster.

Fort Doublecross Battlemage Muster

You are coming up from the Caves for this path. Go over to the right and then turn to the North and take the stairs in front of you upwards and to the right (East). This leads to a Hallway that likely has a Necromancer patrolling it.

After taking out the Necromancer, head to the corner of the next turn. There’s a broken crate against the outer wall that has a Locked Chest (Average) in front of it. Head to the Southeast from there and into the next room.

Here, just forward and turn right at the wall. Go South up the stairs. This leads to a pair of doors, you will see another Necromancer. Just through the door, look to the right, at the foot of the statue, to find a Chest. Continue to the West to reach the next chamber.

This chamber has a Necromancer walking in the lower portion of the room. Another looks to the South with the ledge there. Now, take the stairs down. Look to the Southern side to find a Chest sitting against the wall. Head to the right and take the stairs up to the ledge where the Necromancer was. Continue forward to the South. Follow the corridor to find a door that leads you back to Fort Doublecross.
