Start by going down the stairs and around the corner.

The first chamber of Fort Wariel

Around the corner to find the first door. There’s a Marauder moving around in the room beyond it. On the other side of the door, you will find a dog and Marauder here. Be mindful of the Tripwire that sits at the foot of the bridge. Carefully trigger the tripwire to have the pair of Swinging Maces come down. Jump the gap at the other end of the bridge. Take the stairs on the far side of the bridge down.

In the corridor, you will find a Locked Old Wooden Door (Hard). Ignore it for now. Head to the East to find an Ancient Wooden Door. Go on through it to find the pit underneath the walkway you crossed. After exploring that, head to the South and into the corridor there.

Following this corridor, you will find a chest in the corner of this corridor. This is just to the right of the stairs that lead upwards. This will bring you to a set of corridors. Start by heading to the East. There’s another Marauder here. Look to the left at the end of the walkway. Next to a bedroll you will find a Chest sitting next to it. Go to the North to find a Chest sitting in the corner there. Loop around the area and then go to the North.

Go to the North and through the hallway there. This will bring you back to the walkway. It’s time to loop pack to the Locked Old Wooden Door (Hard).

But you can also head back into the pit below the walkway. Head to the East to find a corridor that will loop to the same place the Locked Door does. On the way, you will encounter a cavern. Go to the Northern side of it to find a Chest sitting on a shelf. Continue along this corridor and head to the North.

This will bring you to the last part of the Fort. Turn to the West to find the larger chamber. You can see a target dummy. Going toward the entrance of the chamber, you need to be careful because of the tripwire.

There are a few Marauders on the balcony above the floor of the chamber. There is 1 Marauder nearby the balcony. Go over to the right to find a Locked Chest (Hard). Sitting on the nearby desk is the Wariel’s Key. This can be used to unlock the door nearby.

Another Marauder paces about the corridor to the West. Go along there to find the Old Wooden Door (Hard). That’s the end of the Fort. Just head on outside having explored of the Fort.
