Explore Undertow Cavern north of Bravil, defeat Bandits and Slaughterfish, and find all the hidden chests across both cavern zones.

A small cavern that has some Blackbow Bandits spread throughout it. A number of other Bandits are spread throughout (with a few animals).

Entrance
The Undertow Cavern is found to the North of Bravil. It’s just up the hill, to the Northwest, from the stable outside Bravil. There can be a few Bandits outside the Cavern.
Undertow Cavern
Inside the cavern, you need to head to the West. Head on through the corridor until you can turn to the North. There’s a small opening. This leads into a small chamber with a Bandit inside it. Inside the chamber, head over to the Eastern corner. You can find a Locked Chest (Average) sitting there. Go over the West, get to the middle of the chamber to find another Chest. After that, turn to the South.
Leaving the chamber, turn to the right and head to the West. Going down the slope, you will need carefully avoid the logs that are sitting on the right-hand side. Down at the base is an animal. This will bring you into a medium chamber. In this chamber, there’s likely another Bandit patrolling around. Go to the Southwest corner. You’ll find a Locked Chest (Average) sitting nearby the barrel there. Head to the Northern wall and head on through the door there.
Through the door, you can encounter an animal patrolling the next room. Continue to the North in there. This chamber has a split. 1 path goes to the Northwest and 1 path goes to the Northeast.
Going to the Northwest brings you to a small chamber. There is likely an animal patrolling around. Head to the center of the Northern wall to find a Locked Chest (Average) in front of it. Go to the West from there to head into the tunnel there. Go through it to find the door leading into the second zone: Hold-Your-Breath. Keep this door in mind. We’ll be coming back here after finishing exploring the area.
Go back to the chamber and head to the Northeast. This has a split in the tunnel as you get here. Immediately go to the right to find a smaller chamber. There’s a Blackbow Bandit here. You will find a cage with a skeleton inside it. Go to the Southern wall to find a Chest sitting in a small alcove. Go back into the Tunnel and head to the North.
Follow the tunnel down and to the North. This brings you to a flooded chamber. There isn’t anything of note here. Backtrack and head to the Western portion. Go through the door into the next section: Hold-Your-Breath.
Undertow Cavern Hold-Your-Breath
Take a moment to use something that gives Waterbreathing. There’s a lot you can explore that’s submerged here, so it’s good to have that. Getting in here, you will need to be on guard for a Slaughterfish. Head to the Northeast to go through to the next chamber.
Swim down to the North. In this chamber, you will need to deal with more Slaughterfish. Search the Northeast to find a chest floating above the rise there. There are 2 paths out of this chamber. 1 goes to the East and 1 to the Northwest.
Heading to the East, you can find another Slaughterfish. Go to the Northern portion of the chamber you arrive in. Look around the floating crate and barrel to find a Chest floating there. Grab the Chest and head back out to the West then to the Northwestern Tunnel.
Follow the Northwestern Tunnel to the North into the final chamber of the area. There’s 1 more Slaughterfish spread throughout this chamber. Go to the Northern rise of the area. You’ll find a Chest floating above it. That’s everything though. Head back outside after that.
