Walkthrough

Talk to the Quest Giver

Enter the establishment that the Quest Giver runs in their respective city. Approach and talk them permission to use their alchemy lab. They’ll remark you can, as long as you clean up after. They will tell you about mixing Wheat and Blisterwort to create a Healing Potion.

Create a Potion

Creating a potion, at its core, is simple in Skyrim. Combine 2 Alchemical Ingredients that share at least 1 property. If this property isn’t known for the Ingredients, it will be revealed.

To complete this miscellaneous task, you simply need create a potion. There is a truly massive list on ingredients that can come together in a number of ways. As your alchemy improves, and you invest perks into the skill, it’s very possible to bolster the Dragonborn to god-like heights.

To this end, talk with the Quest Giver and purchase a number of ingredients if you don’t have much on hand. They all will have Wheat and Blisterwort available for purchase. Spend the bit of gold to buy those.

Find the alchemy lab that’s in the main room of the store. It’ll always be in sight of the counter. Go over to it and interact with it. This will bring you to the crafting interface. All your alchemy ingredients will be available.

Select the Wheat and Blisterwort from the menu. Hit the button to craft the potion and confirm your choice. The Dragonborn will then make their first Healing Potion. If the effects were unknown, they are immediately added to known effects for the ingredients.
