Walkthrough
Camp

Arriving at the Halted Spring Camp, you can see a few Bandits and keeping an eye on things. In the middle of the lower portion, you will find a covered portion. Against the backwall you will find a Tanning Station. Go up to the balcony above the entrance to find a Grindstone. Search a bit and then go down to the entrance of the mine itself.

Mine

Inside the mine, head to either side of the entrance shaft. There’s a pressure trap close to the foot of the slope. The pressure plate releases rocks from the ceiling above the trap itself. At the base of the slope, you can find a cart with a Mammoth Snout and several Mammoth Tusks.

Just beyond the cart is a locked cage and a table that likely has a Bandit Chief guarding it. To the East of that is a locked door (Novice) down deeper into a mine.

Getting to the back of the mine itself, you can find the leader as well as a pair of bandits. There’s a mammoth corpse to examine, as well as a Blacksmith Forge. A Grindstone sits nearby the mammoth corpse.
Getting to the back of the area, you’ll find a raised platform. Go onto the table against the back wall. On the right-hand side of the table you can find the Spell Tome: Transmute Mineral Ore. There are a number of useful potions on the table. To the left of the table, against the railing, you can find the treasure chest.

After that, head to the East and head up the slope there. Be careful because there is a pressure trap on the floor. Stepping on it will have a mammoth skull swing down and (potentially) smash into it. Continue up the slope on the left-hand side. This will let you avoid a tripwire that has a ceiling trap with boulders in it. Just head up the slope and you can exit out of the mine.
This will bring you into a pit trap outside the Halted Camp Mine. You can easily fast travel out of there. But be careful moving around because of the sharp spikes.
