"Shoot the targets" is the second mission objective in Sequence 2 / Memory 02: Mister Walpole, I Presume?
Walkthrough
This mission objective lets you practice using a pistol. Aim at the practice targets (marked with a red circle above their heads) and shoot.
The two Templars have a conversation in the meantime, and after a few short moments they will turn to you and the objective will complete once you talk to them.
