The message "WARNING: Become Anonymous to Interact" appears if you try to interact with a mission objective while you are in conflict mode
This is a gameplay mechanic in place to prevent you from just running through everything.
When you get this message, you cannot interact with the mission objective until you either:
- Kill all the enemies near you
- Hide or leave area, and return when the coast is clear
