Napoleon's Bicorn #9 is a collectible in Assassin's Creed Unity: Dead Kings (ACU:DK).

There are 4 Napoleon's Bicorns to be obtained in the Cemetery District. There are 27 total scattered throughout Franciade.

Bicorn 2 - Cemetery

Go to the Northwestern Watchtower. Climb up to the top of it. Sitting in the middle of the roof is the Bicorn.
