Walkthrough[edit]

Open the Guest's room - The Eyes of the King

Head into the marked location in the Windmill district. You will need to slip inside a restricted zone that is very lightly guarded. What you are looking for is in the Western portion of the interior of the building. There is a stairwell leading into a cellar. Head on down it.
