Found on the following blue text weapon: Doc's Orphan Maker, (or any other version of the Orphan Makers Shotguns such as Captain Blades or Sidewinder) which you get for completing the "Message In A Bottle" mission in the Borderlands 2 DLC: Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty
