Defeat savages in lodge is a mission objective in the mission Savage Lands in Sir Hammerlock's Game Hunt DLC in Borderlands 2
When you arrive at the The Aegrus Sophisticates' Lodge you see that it is swarmed with all sorts of Savages and Witch Doctors. Kill all of them to progress in the mission.
Be particularly careful of the Witch Doctors who can level up and buff his allies, spawn more savages, or even turn into a Tornado. A good strategy would be to take the witch doctor out first.
