A disembodied voice echoes from the feather, singing to your mind as though the thoughts were your own.

"No, not Earth this time. I was home. It was those gates. I had - I don't know, a sense of dread? Vertigo set in, and I plummeted from the sky like I lost control of my wings. My heart, hurt - ached - and I felt so much guilt... and shame. Regret. No, I don't remember anything else." - ???

Walkthrough[edit]

It is time to travel out to the Dreaming City, getting to the Divalian Mists.
From there, head toward the entrance of the Blind Well, going up the slope to the entrance area.
Go to the first archway leading in toward the Well.
Look to the left-hand side as you approach.
On the bluestone, you will find the Fourth Feather.
