Vault 111 is a Vault in Fallout 4.
Located near Concord, Massachusetts, near Sanctuary Hills
Story
On a nice Saturday morning in October 2077, a Vault-Tec Rep arrives at the Protagonist's House to inform Howard that him and his family have been cleared for access to the vault.
Shortly after, the sirens sound and a television broadcast confirms that there have been nuclear detonations.
Nora grabs Shaun, and she and Howard run to the vault.
As they arrive at the vault platform and are about to get lowered into the vault, a huge nuclear detonation occurs nearby.
